What is the application process like?
At Noah, the application process is simple. First, you’ll submit an application via our website and speak with one of our leasing agents about open availabilities. You can then tour our availabilities online or in person. Once you’ve found an apartment you like, you’ll put down a small application fee to take it off the market. After submitting your application, we’ll run a financial and background check, and if that checks out, you’ll sign your lease.
